In collaboration with the Municipality of Pallini, the company developed the online platform pallini.mygis.gr, to serve the municipality’s employees and to inform citizens.

With the extension of this system, citizens can issue certificates with a digital signature and a protocol number without visiting the municipal services, saving time and human resources, and contributing to the increasing use of e-governance. Specifically, the project includes:

• Extending the GIS operating in the Municipality to grant electronic certificates with digital signatures.
• Integration with the protocol software operating in the Municipality to automatically create new entries for each new electronic certificate.
• Technical support throughout the duration of the contract, making necessary corrections for any inaccuracies, solving technical problems, or performing upgrades.
